A video of a toddler being viciously attacked on the is
causing outrage in China, Sky News reports.
The video show a man repeatedly kicking and beating the
toddler – who, police have told Sky News, is aged two or three.
Within a few hours of it appearing online, 17 million
Chinese people had expressed their horror.
It is the number one trending topic on weibo, China’s
equivalent of Twitter.
A 29-years-old local man named Wang Jiaolong has been
arrested.
The footage, shot by a security camera, shows the child
playing with a broom outside shop before the man comes along and kicks him in
the head.

The child collapses and the man stamps on the skull and hand
thirteen times in quick succession.
The attacker then picks up the dustpan and broom and uses
them to repeatedly hit the child.
A number of people pass the attack without stopping him.
